2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell skincare, hair care, fragrance and beauty products, including products supplied by third-party brands and partner warehouses. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Always read the product label and ingredients before use, patch test new skincare, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case we'll refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
