Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Available delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery costs and times

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your items and address. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Orders arriving in more than one parcel

We work with a number of trusted beauty brands and partner warehouses, and some products ship directly from them. If your order includes items from different brands, it may arrive in separate parcels on different days, and delivery may be charged per shipment. Checkout will show this before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for each parcel once it has been dispatched.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Christmas delivery

For Christmas delivery we recommend ordering early. Last order dates will be shown on our website in December.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please email info@orvaylo.org with your order number and we'll sort it out.
